Within the first 3 business days or 500 miles from date of purchase, whichever comes first, the actual purchaser or retail leasee may return an eligible Pre-Owned Vehicle to Penske Chevrolet! Yes, that means if you are not satisfied with your Penske purchase you can return it to Penske Chevrolet within 3 business day or 500 miles from date of purchase for an exchange of another vehicle or refund of the purchase price. All eligible Pre-Owned Vehicles purchased from Penske Chevrolet may participate in the Penske Promise Program.
All eligible Pre-Owned Vehicles purchased from Penske Chevrolet may participate in the Penske Promise Program if returned to Penske Chevrolet within the first 3 business days or 500 miles. All returns must be made during normal operating hours. The vehicle must be returned in the condition in which it was delivered to the customer under, without damage or excessive wear and tear. The Purchaser will receive credit for the amounts paid toward the vehicle returned. This program is limited to one eligible Vehicle per customer for twelve month period.
